Folded shipping is our more affordable option; however, these mats develop temporary creases during transit.
After you receive your mat:
- Unfold and your mat and lay it flat in a clean, dry area for 24-48 hours. in most cases the creases will naturally flatten.
- For more stubborn creases, place the mat in a tumble dryer on a low heat setting for 5-10 minutes.
- Alternatively, gently steam the creases using a handheld garment steamer. (Do not over-steam or saturate the mat)
After using heat or steam, lay the mat flat again and allow it to cool completely. The mat will continue to settle as it cools.
