Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Since our items are made to order we are unable to accept returns, however, if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items
Our items are custom-made especially for you when ordering, due to this we do not accept returns.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
