Shipping policy

Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed within 4–7 working days before they are dispatched.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Mahj & Moon.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
